The Tonfa
The tonfa, a Kobudo weapon, was a working tool before being used as a weapon. It was an arm of a millstone which could easily be removed.
The main parts of the tonfa include: the shaft which consists of a large hardwood body,
which covers from the hand to the elbow and a handle, secured
at a 90-degree angle.
