Begin in Joonbi:
1. Quarter-turn left into back stance; double knife-hand blocks
2. Downward palm block with left hand; then step into a low front stance with right foot and spear thrust with right hand
3. Half-turn clockwise into back stance, double knife-hand blocks
4. Downward palm block with right hand, then step into a low front stance with left foot and spear thrust with left hand
5. Quarter-turn left into low front stance; open-hand high block with left hand while delivering knife-hand strike to side of neck with right hand
6. Straight kick with right foot landing in a walk stance; front punch with left hand
7. Side kick with left foot landing forward in a walk stance
8. Side kick with right foot landing forward in back stance, double knife-hand blocks
9. Three-quarter turn counter-clockwise into a back stance with left foot forward; outward forearm block with left hand
10. Straight kick with right foot and then step back into a back stance; inside middle block with right hand
11. Pivot clockwise into a back stance with right foot forward; outward forearm block with right hand
12. Straight kick with left foot and then step back into a back stance; inside middle block with left hand
13. Quarter-turn left into low front stance and, again, open-hand high block with left hand while delivering knife-hand strike to side of neck with right hand
14. Straight kick with right foot landing in a low front stance; back-fist with right hand
15. Pivot left into a walk stance with left foot forward; inside middle block with left hand
16. High punch with right hand (do not move your feet)
17. Half-turn clockwise into a walk stance with your right foot forward; inside middle block with your right hand
18. High punch with left hand (again, do not move your feet)
19. Quarter-turn left into low front stance; inside middle block with your left hand; double middle punch (right, then left)
20. Step into a low front stance with your right foot; inside middle block with your right hand; double middle punch (left, then right). kihap!
