Begin in Joonbi:
1. Pivot to left into a tiger stance with left foot forward; middle palm block with right hand
2. Straight kick with right foot landing in a back stance with right foot back; inside middle block with left hand
3. Half-turn clockwise into a tiger stance with right foot forward; middle palm block with left hand
4. Straight kick with left foot landing in a back stance with left foot back; inside middle block with right hand
5. Quarter-turn with left foot into back stance, double knife-hand blocks (front hand is directly over your knee)
6. Step forward with right foot into back stance, double knife-hand blocks (again, front hand is directly over your knee)
7. Pivot to left into a tiger stance with left foot forward; middle palm block with right hand (left arm is crossed across your body and your right elbow is resting on the back of your left hand)
8. Back-fist with right hand
9. While turning 180-degrees clockwise into a tiger stance with your right foot forward, slide your right arm under your left so that it’s crossed across your body; rest your left elbow on the back of your right hand; middle palm block with left hand
10. Back-fist with left hand
11. Quarter-turn to left so that feet are almost together and you’re up on the balls of your feet. Both hands are in front of you with your right fist inside your left hand and your elbows close to your ribs. Slowly, and with dynamic tension, move your hands forward and snap at the end.
12. Step forward with left foot into a low front stance while executing a rising forearm block with left and a downward hammer-fist with right. Immediately, switch to rising forearm block with right and a downward hammer-fist with left.
13. Step forward with right foot into a low front stance while executing a rising forearm block with right and downward hammer fist with left. Immediately, switch to a rising forearm block with left and a downward hammer fist with right
14. Three-quarter turn with left foot into a low front stance; double lapel grab
15. Pull into a right knee strike landing the right foot in front and sliding your left foot behind your right leg; deliver double upper-cuts to the mid-section
16. Step back with left foot into a low front stance; deliver low cross blocks
17. Half-turn clockwise into a low front stance with your right foot forward; double lapel grab
18. Pull into a left knee strike landing the left foot in front and sliding your right foot behind your left leg; deliver double upper-cuts to the mid-section
19. Step back with right foot into a low front stance; deliver low cross blocks
20. Quarter-turn to left into a walk stance with left foot forward; back-fist with left hand
21. Open outstretched left hand and deliver crescent kick with right foot to your palm, landing in a horse stance; right elbow strike to left palm
22. Pivot to right and step forward into a walk stance with right foot forward; back-fist with right hand
23. Open outstretched right hand and deliver crescent kick with left foot to your palm, landing in a horse stance; left elbow strike to right palm
24. Execute knife-hand block to your left with left hand,
