 Divisions will be divided by age and rank and may vary depending upon competitors.

 Medals and championship t-shirts awarded to all competitors!

No door registration!

Sparring     Regulation sparring equipment is mandatory!
Forms

You will be required to perform you highest poomse.

Board breaking

 Board breaking event requires 3 stations - (1 hand and 2 kick techniques)

˝” & 1” boards @ $2.00 each to be ordered at the time of registration (min. 3 boards)
Weapons Weapon of your choice

 Registration Fees:

1 Event  $ 30

2 Events  $ 40

3 Events  $ 50

4 Events  $ 60

Regulation Taekwondo uniform mandatory.

  You must pre-register no later than March 27th 2010.

This is to insure all competitors a medal & t-shirt.
